« Very clean and comfortable, perfect for a getaway for a couple or small family. Even though the neighbors are close, the house and dock feel very private and the views are breathtaking. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! »

« If you are interested in crossing an experience off your bucket list, this is the place to go!! The Hobbit house was spacious, luxurious and family friendly. Loved sitting in the enclosed porch, drinking morning coffee and watching nature. The alpacas, goats and ducks are cute beyond description. Directly behind the house is, what my kids referred to as, winnie the pooh and piglets house. Very whimisical! »
