We did not cook in the kitchen so I have nothing to tell you there. The common areas were also clean and spacious and contained a standalone vintage arcade game. Unfortunately, for us the house did not equal the location. We went there to use the house. We are foodies and brought tons of food to cook. The listing said "Kitchen is stocked". This could not be further from the truth. If we knew what it was really like we would not have planned on cooking anything more than coffee. The 3 pans in the house were old and disgusting. We did not want to use them but had no choice. There was not even a pot holder. We had to go out and buy them. I think maybe it would be helpful if your pictures showed open cabinets so you could decide what to bring or to pass on a property. This house also gave you the feeling that someone was either moving out or moving in. There is no decor in this house including no lamps on the nightstands in the bedrooms. Had to get up in the middle of the night and cracked my toe on the end of the bed in the dark. The furniture in the living room was old and dirty. The house was clean where you could immediatly see, but open a drawer in the bathroom and see hair. Open a cabinet and see crumbs. I have pictures. The house is spacious (more than the photos may lead you to believe), with numerous gathering centers inside and out. My guests enjoyed the dock at sunset and the fire pit by the water. The patio under the house had a charcoal grill and ample space for tables and chairs. Though our weekend had perfect weather, the covered patio made the place "weatherproof" had it rained. There is tons of parking, and a beautiful view over the water. The Host was readily available via VRBO messaging, Usually responding well within 15 minutes. The inside of the house itself was clean and well maintained, with my only "ding" being that the outside could've been a little more "tidy". All in all, I shouldn't rave about this place too much, because I intend to stay there again, and don't want the competition for bookings! ;) ##### rog f. Quite area. Lovely walk in the neighborhood for our dog. Loved sitting outside in the mornings and watching the birds. Was a easy drive to Baltimore - went to the baseball game. My one son set a new record on the PAC Man and the other caught a beautiful bass off the dock. The river view from the sunroom is spectacular! Everyone always migrated there. Great time had by all.
