Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy and newly renovated house. The house has brand new appliances, workspace office locations in all 3 bedrooms, large tv in the living room, and much more. Very convenient to Route 40 and I-95. The space Totally new and renovated in 2024, Tip of The Town property sits about 50 yards off a main (sometimes busy) road at the tip of the town. Just a quick drive OR walk to the town with two turns! There is a very large driveway that can accomodate boats/trailers. The Schlage keypad deadbolt lock ensures security and easy access for the guest. The comfortable and cozy home is exhibited with a upscale modern decor that will make you feel like you're walking right into a brand new model home. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with attached office and full bathroom. The second floor features a bunk bed room (double and twin mattress) and additional queen bedroom, tempurpedic bed, with office space. There is another full bathroom on second floor. There are two slider doors on the main level which lead to the large back deck. On the back deck is a patio set with umbrella to enjoy the weather. Check out our new Blackstone Grill! And if you happen to be driving an Electric Vehicle, we've got you covered- charger included. Groceries are conveniently located in two places just about 2 miles away, Food Lion and Walmart. If you enjoy WaWa and Royal Farms, they are a stone's throw away. There are some great coffee shops around but we also have a drip coffee pot that can make pots or single cups! North East is known for its many walkable restaurants and shops. I grew up in this town so feel free to ask for any recommendations- I have plenty! Guest access \*\*Sheets and towels ARE provided New Electric Vehicle outlet installed with private code for use if needed! The kitchen has a new dishwasher (pods included), freezer on bottom refrigerator with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave. Parking in driveway with EV charging outlet. Other things to note We have 2 small security cameras outside the front and back doors for security and check in assistance purposes. We'd love nothing bad to happen, but in case it does, we will view the camera data. We want every guest to enjoy their stay and feel secure as well as enjoy a feeling of privacy. We'd rather watch the sunset than watch the Blink camera. No Smoking in unit, No Parties. Please note: The person booking this unit must be at least 25 years of age and be physically present for the duration of the booking. The location is great - close to Elk Neck State Park (we hiked and went to the beach), water sports on the bay (we rented kayaks), and historic shops and restaurants on Main Street in North East. The home is beautiful - everything inside (floors, fixtures, kitchen) is new and stylish, the beds were comfortable. My family of 5 fit easily. The only drawback is that the tap water (from a well, presumably) has a sulfurous smell. There is filtered water from the fridge, though, and bagged ice in the freezer.
