"Michael is an excellent host. The house is as advertised - 3 bedrooms, one of which is disconnected from the main house. We very much enjoyed the enclosed patio and the outdoor grill. Michael keeps the house well stocked with towels and pretty much everything else that you need. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that this is an older house, so it is a bit run down, particularly the kitchen. Bug spray is also a must as bugs do get in the house."

"We stayed in Unit #2 for 11 nights in the 2nd half of September. We had a very nice time, really enjoyed spending time on the roof deck and hopefully will visit again. We stayed in Unit #1 for the last two summers so we're repeat custom First let me say they provide shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dish soap, dish sponge and paper towels plus there were 4 large beach towels. "The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

"4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. "The Hampton Inn was great right off of the Highway, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable . We had our dog and we were very happy with the way the front desk helped us . My only complaint was I think the price for my dog to stay was a little high at 75.00 . I think it should be rate adjusted by how many nights you stay with your dog. "
