Wake up to the sounds of the ocean waves and enjoy your coffee overlooking the ocean. End the day with a gentle swim across your personal heated pool with a window onto the sea. Stunning Modpools pool and hot-tub nestled into an airy 1200 square feet of partial ocean-view decks soaring 15 feet above the sand. Outdoor wet bar including beverage fridge and ice maker will entice you and the family to relax as the sun sets and the little ones play in the kid-friendly 5-foot depth swimming pool that has 3 panoramic underwater windows looking out at the ocean. Automatic retractable cover provides a safe environment and keeps the water always crystal clear. Outdoor Sonos system will let you enjoy mellow tunes on the deck and in the double-sized, two-headed, open-roof outdoor shower.  
  
FIRE ISLAND HAS NO CARS - YOU CANNOT DRIVE THERE - YOU WOULD TAKE THE OCEAN BAY PARK FERRY  
  
Inside, the top floor boasts the "Grand Master" bedroom with walls of glass boasting gorgeous partial ocean views from your queen size canopy bed, dedicated Sonos speaker system, in-wall a/c and Haiku smart fan. Hiding behind a sliding reclaimed wood panel is an ensuite bathroom with Japanese freestanding soaking tub that awaits you after a long day at the beach. The "Grand Master" ensuite bathroom has a full-size double sink for his and her use.  
  
Your family will be able to relax in the generous living space that includes a 65" 4K smart TV and Sonos sound bar or have appetizers outside on the top deck at the 12 person dining table. The living room is airy and open, with a high, dramatically slanted ceiling with exposed joists, architectural cable-rail staircase and three large sliding glass doors leading to a sunny deck on the top floor. Oversized umbrellas on the deck will keep you shaded when the sun gets hot during the day. Right off the living room, the dining area also has an extendable table for 12.  
  
The custom built stainless steel chef's kitchen comes with white quartz countertops and a 64" massive refrigerator and freezer that will allow you to stock up for your stay. Choose to make your meals inside with a professional induction range or outside on the 7 burner Weber grill in our 400sf top deck overlooking the ocean. Ample cooking and baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help and music control with the Amazon Echo Show conveniently located on the counter.  
  
When it's time to retire, everyone will be comfortable (sleeps 12). The "Sea Glass Master" bedroom (downstairs) has an in-wall a/c, Haiku smart fan and also has an en-suite bathroom with frameless glass rain shower combined with European hand shower wand above a genuine Fire Island hand-collected, tumbled rock floor.  
  
Additional welcoming 3 bedrooms will let your extended family enjoy the magic of Fire Island within their own space (including 1 queen "Surf Room", 2 twins "Deer Room" and a "Bunk Room" with 4 twins - kids toys & games included). Each room has a Haiku Smart ceiling fan, in-wall a/c, their own individual Sonos speaker system and 4 in-wall USB charging ports for electronics. Masters also have additional dedicated charging stations/alarm clocks on the nightstands. The entire home has Mesh WiFi with 500/500 Fios internet for blazing fast speeds.  
  
No need to fight for the one of the two outdoor showers, as the additional downstairs bathroom with a tub and shower make a great place to rinse the kids off too. A full size LG Washer & Dryer system right off the entry hall will keep your clothes fresh for the summer days ahead.  
  
Getting around is easy as our home is fully equipped with 10 custom adult beach cruisers (one fat tire bike), 4 children bicycles and an additional 2 child carrier that attaches to a beach cruiser. 12 Tommy Bahama backpack/cooler beach chairs, 12 dedicated quick-dry, sand-free beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 Shibumi shades will keep you fully stocked on the sand. Fire Island has no cars in the summer, so the kids can walk and bike safely.

Could not have an imagined a better location and house for a long weekend with friends. We loved the pool, outdoors showers, open and modern space, proximity to the beach and beautiful sunset views. This house really has it all! The hosts have thought of every detail from boogie boards, beach sun shades and bikes to extra phone chargers. Will definitely be coming back!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Windows on the Sea! We traveled with our family (teens) for the week. From booking the house to preparing for the trip, checking in and responding to questions, Anthony and Whitney were excellent hosts. The house has everything you could need and more! We enjoyed cooking many meals at the house and every appliance we could have asked for was provided. Going to the beach was a breeze as it is only steps away. All the beach necessities were included so our beach trips were relaxing and enjoyable. One of the major highlights was the pool. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool when we were finished with the beach. Overlooking the beach, it was lovely to float in the pool or even use the hot tub! Biking to dinner and shopping in Ocean Beach was a fun activity with our family and easy to do with the bikes provided. Our trip was certainly a 10/10 and I highly recommend staying at Windows on the Sea!

#### Our Stay At Windows On The Sea

The hosts Anthony and Whittney are nothing short of fabulous! They were very gracious and very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location being so close to the ocean and it was very clean and easy to navigate with the touch of an iPad. The heated pool was perfect for my family to gather and play. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay on Fire Island.

My grandchildren adored the pool, the proximity to the beach, and all the toys. The adults loved the space, the cleanliness, the pool and the hot tub, and the fabulous deck. I loved the kitchen also for meal prep and wonderful coffee (included). Thank you for this special trip.

The location was ideal - so close to the ocean, with a small view of the waves from the pool and deck. Having the bikes was amazing. We all loved the kitchen and excellent amenities provided. The house was beautiful. We even loved playing Cornhole in the front yard. It was the vacation of a lifetime!

#### Great Family Getaway

Great trip! Perfect house for my wife, 2 young kids and myself. Couldn’t keep the kids at of the pool the whole week. The online Owner’s manual provided for the house made everything very simple. Owner’s also kept in touch if there was anything we needed. Will definitely be returning for another trip next year.

Windows on the Sea is phenomenal! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, fun and convenient. They were so welcoming, generous and truly cared about our experience. I can’t say enough about the property. It was sparkling clean, well stocked and the beautiful deck and pool were icing on the cake. We would definitely stay at Windows on the Sea again (and again).

Fantastic stay from beginning to end. Hosts were super responsive, promptly answering our inquiries. Really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The house did not disappoint, beautifully appointed and had everything (and more) than we needed for our three night stay. Easy beach access. Great outdoor area. The pool was the icing on the cake. #### Serenity by the Sea

My family and I had the best stay we could have imagined. Whitney and Anthony have thought of everything to make the stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience for a vacation. The house is amazing with views of the ocean, an amazing pool that converts into a hot tub, every appliance you could need in the summer including an ice cream maker!, cozy beds and everything linked to a smart home system. They were available and open to communicate throughout the stay. So much so that I feel like we actually became friends! We honestly couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better house aka home because that is how they made it feel! This is the house for you if you are looking for a family retreat. #### Lovely house near the beach

This is a wonderful property steps from the beach. Anthony was amazing at communicating and accommodating all of our needs. The house is very nicely decorated, and has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys in spite of the very rainy and cloudy weather. Having the bikes was a huge plus. All around a wonderful place to stay. We booked it late so it was a little bit on the expensive side, but would love to go back with sunnier weather.

#### Amazing house with excellent hosts

The house has plenty of space for a group of friends to spend the weekend together. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions and were extremely accommodating. Before even getting here, there was plenty of information provided to us about the house and all the amenities that were provided. Anthony & Whitney are next level hosts with the nicest house on Fire Island. Would refer to others to stay here and will hopefully be back again in the future.

Anthony and Whitney have a beautiful home that is well equipped with everything you could need for a nice, relaxing getaway. The heated pool/hottub is definitely an added plus. The house is in a great location near the beach. We were surprised that the house is equipped with new bikes! My friends/family loved biking around and seeing Fire Island. We would definitely stay there again!

#### Lovely and relaxing beach home

This house is very nicely and comfortably appointed in high quality throughout - including all furnishings and supplies. The beds are really comfortable! The house is very well situated for a great beach vacation. We could hear the soothing sound of waves even inside the house (or not, if we turned on the AC/fan), there's an ocean view as well as partial sunrise and sunset views - we felt immersed in nature. The hosts are readily available, friendly and very helpful with any question. It's definitely a repeat vacation location.

We loved the property so much last year we were delighted to be able to return this summer. Highlights are the large modern kitchen, the beauty and comforts of the living space and the crystal clear heated pool and hot tub. Our daughter learned to swim in the pool and we appreciated the safety of the motorized locking cover. The owners are generous and fabulously organized.

We were two families there for a week and everyone (including three teenagers) enjoyed the stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location! Short and pretty bike ride to shops and restaurants. #### Beautiful home and great location!

I recently stayed at Windows on the Sea with a group of girlfriends all 35+ and we had the best time!!!!! The house is perfect, clean, and spacious! It has everything you could ever think of needing.. it was almost like being right at home!!! We were able to cook a dinner for 12 ladies one night and had every appliance- it was GREAT! The pool is a great feature that we enjoyed most days especially at night when it got a little chilly and could relax in the hot tub portion! We had minimal issues ( most with the sound system) but Whitney and Anthony were always available and willing to help at all times- which was really awesome! I would highly recommend to all ages and groups! Couldnt have asked for a better stay and cant wait to go back!! Dont think twice about booking this house- you will fall in love!
