I was given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the towels smelled moldy. The bed was unusually small. Loved the large walk-in shower. Host was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and very accommodating regarding late night check-in. Overall it was clean, simple, and way more promising than having stayed at a hotel for more space. Jun 8, 2024 Liked: Communication #### No refunds While i can say the owner was very sweet and communicated in a timely fashion, i was VERY upset and disappointed with the cancellation process. Unfortunately, my husband and I couldnt even make it there due to a death in the immediate family. I understand it is not the owner, and this is in no way a bad review on her, but VRBO that will not provide refunds. However, exceptions need to be made for unforseen and tragic circumstances. What an absolute shame VRBO can't have a heart for people during a hard time. ##### Mary B.
