"Our room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated - however not a total renovation. The tub caulking was messy and dirty - needed redone. The bed springs were broken on one side, making the mattress lean in one direction and it made a loud, squeaking sound when getting in and out of bed - not to mention a backache after sleeping crooked for 2 nights. We would have preferred regular sized pillows rather than the mini ones on the king bed, also. Otherwise, the room was nice. Breakfast was good - eggs, corned beef hash and sausage patties both mornings, along with cereal, toast, muffins, and bagels. We wish they would have provided plates stronger than the thin paper plates, however, because they didn't hold up well trying to carry the cooked food to your table. One morning, someone's eggs ended up all over the floor because the plate folded and dropped. Also, the flimsy plastic knives bent under the pressure of trying to cut the sausage and spread the firm butter. Just a bit frustrating."

"Unfortunately not a great experience. I booked a standard 2 queen room. I received an email from the resort asking if I would like to bid on an upgrade. I choose to bid on a suite. 24 hours before arrival it tells me I won. I show up to check in and they tell me it’s not available. Honestly not a huge deal I only needed the 2 queen anyway. I arrived at 11pm get to my room and it’s not cleaned bathing suit clothing tags in middle of the floor messy beds and dirty bathroom no surfaces wiped down. I go back to desk ask for it to be cleaned they say yes. I wait an hour in the dirty room and no one shows up I ask desk for another room I’d like to get sleep after my 4 hour drive there. The lady at the desk gives me another room. Go to the room the room is cleaned but smells like weed and it’s 77 degrees in the room. I turn the ac on and when I wake up room still hot Ac doesn’t work in the room. Was extremely disappointed in the stay but honestly I blame myself I could have went 15 minutes up the road and stayed at Kalahari which never disappoints instead of saving the 200. Oh and the 25 a night to park is a joke they sell so many day passes if you run out to get something mid day good luck finding a spot again. If I have to pay to park overnight I should be able to find parking."

"Wish the tv allowed access to Netflix or YouTube. Only a few local channels. Buffet was great! Had fun at the casino."

"Perfect for a 1 night stay in the area with my wife. Breakfast was included. Bed was comfortable enough. Didn’t really use any of the amenities. Price was right."
