"The bed in our room was absolutely disgusting. It looks like there was either mold or bedbug poop all over. So they moved us to a second room and that second room was even worse. The bed was covered in all kinds of fun stuff, including food and blood. They refused to refund us. They instead sent a housekeeper who was carrying a pile of balled up sheets and was coughing all over them. He then took the dirty bedsheets off and put them on top of the clean sheets prior to putting them on the bed. At that point we gave back the key card in and left. We are currently figuring out how to get refunded since hotels.com isn’t helping"

"The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. The only good thing is pets friendly and it’s free "
