"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

The check in was a pain as we were given a number but that number is not in use during check in day and instead a voice recording and new number in french. "Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort"
