Staff are always very nice. Only issue this year was the Harley Davidson festival. You can also order breads daily to the hotel from a nice local bakery shop. Yet most the hotel staff are not well-trained, eg hotel staff may not be able to communicate well in English, not able to help sort out the issue how to call hotel reception from fixed-line telephone in our room, even after several requests, not able to advise & arrange airport taxi from hotel, not able to provide extra rubbish bags in 7 days after the initial one. This hotel is more for customers with basic needs for accommodation without any services.
