"Our experience at the Hotel was outstanding. The staff such at Herbert Castillo (Manager), Daianarra Martie (Guest Ambassador) and Alexis Jake the Bellman, they all make my self and my wife feel very welcoming feeling like being at home. The hotel is a wonderful place, with great food, the natural beach pool and the bar area are exceptional. The Hotel is accessible to downtown area and stores are near by with shops and restaurants. I am eager to coming back for my next vacation to Curacao."

"The property is beautiful, and the food is amazing. I do Have two complaints the pool needs to stay open to at least 9pm. And the late-night food needs to be more than just nuggets and fried cheese ball. Other than that, it was almost the perfect spot to stay at. "

"The staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful! The restaurants are delicious…we ate at Ginger 3 times and went through the entire menu. Paparazzi was delicious and worth 2 visits for sure. Margot is amazing, and we only hit it once since it’s a static family style menu. The breakfast and munch buffet were both delicious as well and you hardly have to repeat a meal if you’re adventurous. The property is gorgeous and you can snorkel right out in front of the equipment checkout area with piles of fish. Our room was nice with a wonderful view, though it had some challenges. The shower and one of the sink drains were slow, and this was not fixed despite two check-ins with the front desk. There was construction going on the property and while it wasn’t supposed to begin before 9:00 each day, they started as early as 7:00 and were not responsive to security. The last challenge was a foul mouthed neighbor who ranted at top volume on the phone for hours a day. So fix the drains and the noise and it’s a dream. Even with those challenges, we highly recommend!"
