Mercia Ranger HK who serviced my room when the regular Hk was off work did such an amazing job it was so conspicuous the room had been serviced.

The hotel resort is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The boat ride to the private Flamingo beach is fabulous! Walking distance to the downtown core and highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Renaissance Aruba Resort was amazing. Renaissance Island — especially Flamingo Beach — offered a level of tranquility and a secluded feel that made it the highlight of our trip. The boat ride to the private island was fun, scenic, and really added to the overall experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming
