"Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. "The public areas of the hotel I visited were in excellent condition. The staff were extremely attentive and it was clear that they run a tight ship, especially in the minutes after a shuttle arrives from the airport. Access to the convenience store in the lobby is a huge plus. The room was very clean and comfortable though it showed some wear. It is very much suitable for a night before or after your flight to or from Narita. There is also a small restaurant a short walk away, though you have to cross the road twice with some traffic."
