It was perfect for an evening of relaxation. They have a very nice lounge with snacks and alcohol. Outlet stores were located right by the hotel. Not a great choice if you want to go back into Tokyo given it is approx 1 hour train ride. The aim of the stay was to catch up with my grandmother and mother so the tea time/happy hour and the room setup were perfect. Also appreciated the attentive staff who walked us all the way to the main building to get the hotel chef's cookies that my grandmother wanted to buy and made sure we had a taxi for departure. The room and bathroom/shower room were clean.
