(831 reviews) Hotel room was small but clean and very central. Big issue was there was a large private function on the Friday night so we were not allowed bar access even though we were paying guests. They even gave us a tokens for free drinks but we could not access the bar. Next afternoon at 3 pm we went back to try to get a drink from the bar. Setting up for a private function again. Would not allow us access or even anywhere to sit down after a day of shopping. I think this hotel trades of style rather than function. Not great as a tourist hotel. (344 reviews) Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.
