« What a gem of a place. The view from the waterside rooms is worth every penny! This place had that old school charm and hospitality you don’t get anywhere else these days. Bruce the bartender makes the stay memorable and makes you feel welcome. Book it for the views, stay for the stories, and enjoy the tiki bar and pool. I will be coming back next year. Such a memorable trip with this place. Bonus is the water sports are just outside the hotel and you get free access to the huge gym facility...

« Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. « Rise and Shine was a great house! It was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Family loved the hot tub and the hammocks. We also loved how close it was to the beach. Would stay here again!! »

Appreciated the multiple stoves, ovens, and sinks too! The pool was a hit with everyone, and the beach is super close! « Came here with our 2 young kids. The property was great and very close to the beach with great views! Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started. Host wasVery responsive to any questions we had. »

« House was in a perfect location and was plenty big for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock. »
