« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river. That night, the Typhoon Jebi had just passed over the hotel and when we arrived, there was not power or water anymore. I can’t blame them for that but we had to spend the night in total dark, without bathroom, with nothing to eat and of course no access to the onsen. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans ce ryokan. La chambre était très confortable et le onsen etait très bien. Le personnel a été très accueillant et au petit soin pour nous conseiller des restaurants ou s'occuper de l'envoi de nos bagages. Le petit-déjeuner japonais était excellent et différent chaque jour.
