« The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating. »

Nous n’avons pas eu la reservation prévue (vue lac) car il ne restait que des chambres fumeurs dans cette catégorie. »

« Malgré plusieurs courriels demandant à l’hôtel s'il existait une navette, aucune réponse. Nous (nous étions deux) prenons donc un taxi. A l'arrivée, nous découvrons que personne ne parle français, ALORS QUE C’ÉTAIT pour cela que nous avions choisi un hôtel "Français". Personnel "soupçonneux" à la réception, obligation de faire un dépôt financier - via carte bancaire - pour pouvoir avoir nos clefs : "en couverture des éventuelles consommations dans l’hôtel". Change "lourd", mais ce doit être la...
