From the minute you step foot inside you are greeted by a sense of warmth and charm.

The generous L Shape lounge / dining area encourages plenty of light with views over both the larger and smaller pond. The comfortable suite is perfectly arranged to unwind together as a family. Set alongside the dining area with majestic views.

The recently refurnished kitchen is well arranged and showcased with beautiful attention to detail. The appliances include modern electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Upstairs the bedrooms are all well appointed and offer countryside and water views

Bedroom Two- beautiful and light with twin beds and storage

Bedroom three is thoughtfully equipped with twin beds and storage

The recently renovated contemporary family bathroom offers a bath, over shower, W/C and towel rails.

Lakeside Cottage is set alongside both the small and larger pond area with picnic tablets situated close by- perfect for Al Fresco dining to enjoy the natural tranquil setting

Leave Barnstaple on A361 towards Ilfracombe. Go straight-on through Braunton's main traffic lights and continue for 5.5 miles. At roundabout (Mullacott Cross) turn left on the B3343 towards Woolacombe.

After approx. 1.5 miles, the road bends hard to the right and there is a pink house on the corner, take a left here towards Georgeham / Croyde.

After approx. 0.5 miles the road bends round hard to the right, there are 2 left hand turns, one immediately before the bend, and one just on the bend, take the latter(second left).

Willingcott is IMMEDIATELY on the left and is clearly signed.

Take first right into carpark and park on the left hand side. You will find Lakeside Cottage (number 25) along the first row of cottages.

We are pleased to confirm linen is included with your booking but please do not forget your towels

Guests and owners are allowed to book 2 sessions in advance, per week. If there remains availability within 2 hours of a desired swimming time then you are free to book more sessions. There is a maximum of 12 people per session.
