"Three of us stayed here for two nights while visiting Seward. What a wonderful place! Spacious, clean and very comfotable. We loved the quiet location and close proximity to Seward. The deck and surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed having a glass of wine and coffee in the morning on the deck! Would love to come back!"
"The Highland Glen Lodge is a classic B&B in the sense, with a beautiful new facility. The hosts are warm and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent, and all-in-all it's the best spot in Anchorage that we know of."
Alaskan lodge-like living - 15 min to city - 5 min to great hikes
10/10 Excellent
"The house and host were amazing! There was a slight miscommunication when arriving and things were not quite ready but didn’t delay check in too much. Fire pit location and house layout made it easy for families to enjoy while the young ones went to bed. After a long day of traveling, a basketball hoop and a kid friendly room assisted in the transition and made bed time easier. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Anchorage and conveniently located close to the zoo. "

"What a perfect location on the edge of town with beautiful views of Anchorage and the surrounding mountains and waters. You could pay twice as much for a one room hotel room in Anchorage and likely have no view at all. The hosts are easy to reach if needed and very kind. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be guests at your Villa."
"The house was absolutely gorgeous! The entire house was spotless. The main bedroom is on the ground floor which was perfect for my mom. The rest of the bedrooms are downstairs with another full bath. The family room downstairs got a lot of use. The location of the house was perfect for us, close to town, yet a secluded feeling. The view was also stunning. Would 100% recommend! "
