"The property has been upgraded and is comfortable, clean with friendly staff. Very convenient to the Railway Station. Portland is still suffering from the effects of the pandemic and while we did not feel unsafe, there are lots of unfortunate people around in the parks. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here! I loved being downtown and easily walk or use public transportation to the places I wanted to go. The front desk staff are nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and I loved the amenities and loved the tv and king size bed. I would stay here again for sure! "

"We love Ace Hotel! Really nice people at front desk. PDX has seen better times (COVID and Trump’s invasion didn’t help.) But, it’s still one of favorite places to visit. Just need to not leave stuff in your car, bc if anything of value is visible-theft is a possibility. My kid learned the hard way. But despite that-I’d highly recommend Ace Hotel. And their shampoos and soaps smell nice too! Thanks "
