« this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway. »

« Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! « We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! « The perfect location. Yes, there is some construction going on next door, but the discount given makes it tolerable. The property itself is fantastic! Only steps from the most beautiful beach I have ever visited. The Somewhere Café on premises means you do not need to rent a car (they drive on the British side of the road, BTW). « The beach is absolutely amazing at this house, the property grounds are stunning too, but the house does need some updates. As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. "Un resort parfait pour ne pas payer les yeux de la tête et avoir tout de même un endroit superbe avec une des plus belle section de plage. Le resto est très bons, plusieurs autres excellents restaurants sont à proximité (de 4 à 20 min de marche). Le quartier est très sécuritaire (une femme seule peut s'y promener seul le soir sans danger). Les salles de bain sont rénovés et les lits très confortables. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation!"
