« The location, easy access, parking, well stocked kitchen and bathroom were my favorite aspects of this property. The owner needs to sharpen the knives and we contributed a wine opener to the kitchen. I come to Houston a lot and would book this apt again. Thanks for a great stay. »

« ⭐ **1 STAR — THE PROPERTY FROM HELL! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS!**
What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. This property was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. We encountered bugs in the bed, dirty and stained bedding with a foul smell, excessive dust, an air conditioner that was not cooling properly, and mold near the kitchen vent. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD
These are not minor inconveniences. Clean bedding, functioning air...

« The house itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The only hiccup was getting the TV in the game room to work; if that’s a recurring issue, a simple sound system in there would be a nice addition. The surrounding area felt a little sketchy, but the property itself was great. »

« Our stay overall was nice. The room was quaint as was the complex overall. Parking is limited which makes it bit of a struggle to then have to find street parking. Which can be a little ways away and if not careful or familiar with where to park can cost you a parking ticket. There is no cart to load your luggage so pack light. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Room was very cozy. Rooftop was nice. Pool isn’t temperature controlled if you want to swim. We did enjoy our stay. »
