Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple, but good. A highlight for us was the complimentary e-bikes! Hotel is located close to the Galloping Goose trail and we spent a whole morning biking along the trail. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is one of the better hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is superb. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are very comfortable. The distance to Transit and Walmart shopping restaurants can't be beat for the price. I will be back for sure.

We managed to book one of the few remaining available rooms at Helms. We mentioned a few times while on the ferry that we hope the place is okay. We were definitely surprised and very pleased with location, with our room and with the staff. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit.

Elvie & Faith were very accommodating. They have a very warm and positive demeanour. We arrived very early from Tofino so we were trying our luck to check in early and indeed, Faith checked us in and even upgraded our room. Excellent customer service!!
We loved the location of the property as well. Very close to mall, dining, transpo, etc.
P.S. it would be better if there was complimentary water in the room 😅. But everything else was good!!

Had a great staycation here! Breakfast every morning was fresh and warm, the staff were so polite and helpful, and the property was beautiful. Wifi was included and very easy to access. I appreciated not being right in Downtown Victoria, away from the noise and hustle and bustle. But was still a convenient 10 minute walk away. From Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal it was 1 bus then less than a 10 minute walk away. Super convenient location! Highly recommend Huntingdon Hotel & Suites.
