"Was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the beach 2 outside areas, 1 was a sun trap and sheltered from the wind Great showers, nice white towels, lovely beds and sheets TVs in each room, great internet speeds (75mb) and if you take your appleTV or similar can plug straight into router in main living room. Kitchen had everything you will need Cannot complain about this place at all. Will book again"

"Beautiful apartment. Great location, fun to see the trains right by your window, excellent secure underground garage parking. Highly recommended. We also visited Eden Camp, Alpamare water park and had a walk up to Whitby Abbey. These were all fantastic locations to visit. Lovely part of the country."

Communication with the owner was top class and prompt replies, nothingvwas too much trouble. My family had a very relaxing time at the property, my 3 teenage boys would definately return again with us. "Couldn’t fault my stay here at all. Great location and everything you could want or need except food was included. It was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Was there during a storm which gave me problems with the boiler, phoned a Fiona and within 15 mins Martyn was there to sort it along with 2 ready-mixed g&t’s as an apology. Wasn’t needed but a lovely touch. Yes would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent sea front property, well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely views and a few steps from Clara’s coffee shop. Great location to access the town and lots of free parking during the off-season. Possibly not suitable for those with mobility issues as property as accessible via 3 flights of stairs. "Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect."

"Was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the beach 2 outside areas, 1 was a sun trap and sheltered from the wind Great showers, nice white towels, lovely beds and sheets TVs in each room, great internet speeds (75mb) and if you take your appleTV or similar can plug straight into router in main living room. Kitchen had everything you will need Cannot complain about this place at all. Will book again"

"Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in."
