WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The reviews online were the very reason we chose Harrah's for the 2026 BRT weekend event. Our 2-night experience at the hotel however was the worst so far. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk staff were unprofessional and very rude during check-in. They acted like they were doing you a favor. The rooms were dusty, smelly and unkempt. Carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The bathroom sink was clogged. We called for assistance multiple times, and were kept on the phone for 30-45mins, but nothing was done to address the problem till we checked out. During housing keeping, we actually saw the lady use the toilet brush to wash both the toilet bowl and sink. When we called her out on what she was doing wrong, she acted like she didn't understand what we were saying. Overall the service was sub-standard and appalling. We would have given 0 star if that was possible. Dawid, the bell man was the only one we will give 5 star. He went above and beyond to help as much as he could during check-in.

The parking is not conducive for larger vehicles but we were able to park on The street for free. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We stay every year. 2 blocks from the beach .

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Close to beach and Washington Mall.

Bar tender at the 5 o'clock somewhere Bar ignored me and ate a slice of pizza. There was no one else at the bar at 8pm and he looked right at me but never took my order just ate his pizza looking at me. After 3 minutes I walked away. Homeless people walking around the casino asking for money. Homeless people walking around the one of the doors cussing. Took the stairs in the parking garage and there were needles on several floors and a lot of trash. Very dirty .
