"I always enjoy the Best Western in Norwalk! It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff has always been great. I love staying here when possible and it’s not too pricey due to the summer activities. I have grandchildren and great grandchildren that live in the area. Thank you for this place."

"The rooms were clean and easy to check in. The breakfast was good , the lady keep it stocked , just wish the had a juice besides orange juice and milk. The staff was nice the pool closed at 8 and I asked if we could go because we got there late and they said yes. They were doing remodeling and the were no loud noise ."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, although not well attended. It seemed to me that they were short-staffed, in that there was no one designated to keep the breakfast area tidy, and tables wiped down. The building is aging, but the AC works and there is a washer and dryer available if you need them. Several areas of the building and grounds are in disrepair, but the lawn/yard is maintained. It is a great location for I-480 or the Ohio Turnpike, good rates and a friendly staff. Also, there are several great restaraunts/pubs/breweries within walking distance."

"Overall, the hotel was good, staff was nice and welcoming, always willing to help. good service, rooms are not the greatest, but they where clean, and if you asked for anything, they will provide . we asked for extra blankets and towels when needed. and we didn't have any problems. the only thing that I was looking forward to was the hot tub, and it was not working. thank you, and if I go back , I would stay here. I do recommend it."

"Hotel could use a face lift. Hot water only worked fully in the morning. Room was clean. Some of the gym machines didn't work but it was clean. Pool was clean. The best part was the friendly front desk clerk and the hard working and very helpful breakfast attendant. We would come back for the service. Thank you."
