Appartements à Arrêt de tram Washington Street

« It was the perfect match for my mother and myself. The space was perfect for two. We enjoyed take out from the deli (2 blocks away) one night in the backyard. All good. »

« The room was clean and well taken care of and if you have a text the host and they will help you out »

« Excellence at its finest re: the location, the unit and all its amenities but I won't go on so I can rsvp again asap. »

« Upside-Place was in a great location. Good for the price. Plenty of parking on street. Plenty of room for my family. Responsive host. Downside-was given incorrect code to get in at first, not enough wash towels or toilet paper, dryer didn't work, 2 chairs at kitchen table broken and unsafe. Bugs-silverfish in sofa drawer. I was told by host a new washer and dryer was being delivered during our stay between cleaning time 11-3, no one came to deliver anything or clean for that matter. Master had 2...

« The flat is as described. The beds were comfortably firm. Kitchen needs tea bags. The neighborhood is central to shopping, book store, queer bars, and night life. Balboa Park is a short drive or bike away. Lots of footfall and noise from the upstairs neighbor. They need to carpet their floors. The rental team was responsive and informative. A second application is required after you book with VRBO. »

« This property was amazing we had so much fun! The location is incredible, walkable to everything! Restaurants, bars, shopping and Whole Foods is literally next door and they have a ton of hot food! We ate there a few times. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or needs! The unit had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Charming and fun getaway in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect spot for our family of 4 adults visiting San Diego for the marathon. House was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the essentials, and then some! Host was easy to work with and very helpful, providing lots of great info about the property and the area. (The stairs are no joke, though!) »

« Urban vibesSo many mixed feelings about this place. We are locals who stayed for a few weeks due to home remodel. Very busy area with great restaurants and coffee options within a stone's throw. Immediate responses from host/management company but unfortunately AC was broken on day 1 was never repaired despite me waiting for technician on 4 separate days. If more than 2 people are staying in the apartment, eating and watching TV is logistically difficult given layout. »

« Was okay a little pricey for a little apartment. Does not have central air but a split unit in living room, shower only had overhead sprayer, kitchen could have been more appropriately stocked. Location was perfect for what we had planned and relatively quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are not particularly quiet if you are a light sleeper and sleep in. »

« My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. I also appreciated the natural light coming in through...

« Really nice place to stay for the weekend. Had plenty of towels, dishes, etc to make the stay comfortable. »
