« The apartment was in a great building and very close to the parking garage (so we didn’t have to go far to bring our bags in). The apartment was fully furnished with a dishwasher and laundry. It was a few blocks off whiskey row so very easy to get around. The host was very communicative and gave us a bunch of recommendations before we arrived. Check-in instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Had a wonderful trip and would recommend staying here! »

« The property was great and location was really awesome for all kinds of walking destinations. We literally only slept and showered here as we were gone all day north days. Neighborhood was a little sketch but definitely at no fault of the property owner. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again if and when we go back to Louisville. Matt was quick to respond each time I emailed him and was even proactive with alternate delivery options when I couldn’t pull up links for check in. »

« Although we did not actually end up staying at Tyler’s property because of issues that were out of his direct control, he was extremely accommodating to us. He actually met us at the property (an hour drive for him), offered to refund our money 100% (Vrbo was unwilling to even offer 50%), and on top of that, made calls to other hosts to help us find a new place to stay.
