This is a brand new remodeled studio apartment with lots of comfort and appeal. Very cozy and functional. The location is great and close to lots of things to do and minutes from Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, Ceasars of Southern Indiana and the Airport The space Cozy and comfortable. Barn door to separate kitchen/living room and bedroom. Really trendy vibe with positive energy! Granite countertops, gas stove perfectly set up! Guest access Access to the basement is in the back of the house. The washer and dryer is in the basement. Just a quick drive to all the best parts of Louisville from highway access right nearby. Christopher was very responsive and friendly.
