We have stayed here three times now and on our last trip we did have a few issues but the staff went above and beyond to make things right. This will always be our go to place in Long Beach!! Great breakfast and very accommodating for pets."

"The after 8:00pm check-in process was very efficient and quick once I saw the sign saying to ring the doorbell. The staff person was very gracious as well. We were pleasantly surprised at the modern amenities, but disappointed at the lack of breakfast. We were extremely happy to see the two does feeding just outside our window!"
