« Liked: Geothermal heating and cooling! Windows that open and an indicator of when it would be desirable to open them. Central location for Oberlin College and town. Esthetically pleasing architecture and decor.
Disliked: A worker using a leaf blower for a long time, to clear about 10 leaves from the entire expanse of sidewalk on three sides of the hotel. Unnecessary! »

« Unprofessional staff and unsafe vibes—avoid!
I chose to forfeit part of my payment and leave rather than stay here. The property felt sketchy and completely deserted. Worse, the front desk staff was incredibly unprofessional and hostile, delivering an accusatory speech about their pillow policy before I even entered the room. I left out of concern that they would hit me with fraudulent charges later. Save your money and go elsewhere. »

« The place was okay for what it was. We just needed to stay the night after Cedar Point. The bed was comfy and the room itself was nice. The bathroom was old and towels were snagged and I saw a little bug on the floor, which creeped me out. Staff were friendly and helpful. »
