The carriage home is situated behind the main house and has a private entrance. The home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and close to all major amenities and bus routes; 10 minutes away from downtown Victoria. The suite has modern finishings and an open concept layout that is similar to a micro-condo. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and patio area during their stay. This charming one bedroom carriage home is newly built, has modern finishings and an open concept layout that is similar to a micro-condo. Brand new heat pump installed and ready for a cozy time in summer or winter. The carriage home is located behind the main house and has a private entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed and closet space to accommodate longer term stays. The kitchen is equipped to prepare basic meals and guests can enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee. There is a built in folding table in the kitchen that can be used as an eating area or a designated work space. There is a tub/shower combo in the bathroom and guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and enjoy the patio area. There is a washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent for guests to use during their stay. Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out. The carriage home is located behind the main house. The carriage home is managed by a vacation home property management company. Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team. A neighbourhood replete with tree-lined streets, grassy boulevards and a variety of housing styles and sizes. Quadra Village is the heart and soul of this venerable community, providing a novel mix of retail, restaurant and service businesses. The village showcases the multi-cultural nature of the community with Caribbean, Dutch, Indian, Greek and Filipino food stores. Topaz Park, Victoria’s most prestigious outdoor sports campus, is also located in this neighbourhood. The kitchen has the latest appliances and well stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, food storage containers, and much more.There is a portable and powerful air-conditioner. It has a stackable washer and dryer and a cordless vacuum cleaner. The cottage is self contained and doesn't really require interaction with people one would normally needed to interact with in a hotel and a motel. The cottage itself was built behind a new home on a quiet street. Outside of chatting with the parents of a neighbor, I didn't see or interact with anyone as I went to and back from visiting relatives and a little sight-seeing an area of Saanich I have not been.
