"The towels are really large. Not your typical hotel barely covers one side of you towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to get to the port for our cruise. "

"The Murano hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tacoma in walking distance from the museums we wanted to visit. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and decorated with glass art. The only downside was that only 1 out of 6 EV chargers on the parking lot was for non-Tesla vehicles. And that place was taken by a car which was finished charging but the owner didn’t bother to free the parking space. I wish the administration of the hotel would monitor such situations."

"Bagel shop, pool, workout area, night snacks, dining/bar, valet service, beautiful lobby, great staff, central, beautiful property, large rooms, nice views. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"Old building and the doors are due for an upgrade. You have to basically put all your weight in to open the door. "

"We only stayed overnight but we were happy with our stay. I tried to call ahead to communicate that we’d be doing a late check-in and there was no answer but once we arrived that evening we still had our room reserved. It’s located in a quiet area and the room was equipped with a full sized fridge, microwave, stove and some dishes. Would definitely recommend this place if you plan on staying for multiple nights. "
