"Fantastic welcome and tour, the team couldn’t do enough for us. We only stayed for a couple of days on the way out of Cape Town and The Silo was perfect for that. A really different experience with great views an impeccable facilities. We had the very best nights sleep too, topped off by a wonderful breakfast. "Spa booking done for 2 x persons, were given time of 16.50pm which I thought as weird time, so went to Spa to confirm to find that booking was done for 16.15 but only for 1 x persons. If I haden,t hone past to check, we woulden,t had the booking. Staff in experienced I guess. Hotel water drains need attention as there is a bad smell in showers. Heve stayed in vatious rooms and same smell Food in pool restaurant not for 5 star standard.Otherwise nice stay and great service."
