Great location in Green Point, we were able to walk to the V & A area during the daytime. The 2 bed apartment was spacious, well furnished and had good views from the master bedroom and lounge. It was cold during our stay and there was excellent under floor heating and a wall heating unit. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. They had helped us prior to our stay with organising a transfer from and to the airport, which was most helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Jimmy helped us get food ordered in and set up an amazing tour or Langa Township. My only minor complaints were that our tap in the sink had very low pressure (it was good enough so we didn’t alert the hotel until we were leaving) and, while there is air conditioning for the summer, there is no heat during the winter. It wasn’t a huge issue but there weather was quite cool and rainy during our stay (Aug. 18 - 25) and a few days in the hotel were quite cool. We stayed here for a week and we loved it. The hotel itself it beautiful and clean! The rooms are very spacious with a kitchen and balcony! Free Breakfast and a bartender is on site! The staff is amazing. I can't recall everyones name, but Jimmy is the best around. Anything that we needed or asked, he went above and beyond to find it or get it for us. He always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome! He gave us recommendations and made sure that we had everything we needed. Jimmy is truly a gem. Also the lady at the front desk is also really nice. She always greeted us with a smile and provided us with great customer service. The kitchen staff and bartenders were all friendly and welcoming.
