Spacious Foothills Condo.

Spacious. Responsive owner and agent. Wonderful large outdoor patio. Lots of nature in area. Quiet. Well equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, comfortable beds. Only drawback was pool was not heated. Garage to store bikes and anything else. Ten minutes to Sabine Canyon.

Home in nice area. Well furnished. Comfortable Beds. Home was clean. cast iron pan was not ready to be used. Needed to be cleaned. Need to pull weeds in patio. Shelves in garage prevent using it with a car. You could keep your bicycles in it though.

It was perfect, except...

The property is in a good location and close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. We were in town for a college graduation and used it only to sleep. Our only negative issue we had were the bed pillows. They were so bad (hard) that we had to go and buy are own on the 2nd day. The pillows provided were more like decorative pillows and not pillows for sleeping. We would stay here again and bring our own pillows!

A great place to stay in Tucson. Conveniently near the Catalina foothills.

Four adults stayed there for 30 days. The unit is an older condo with adequate parking for 2 vehicles. The location was great since there was a shopping center nearby and it's located near major thoroughfares. You felt safe while out on walks. Local neighbors were very friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The gas grill looked new and it performed well. Management was responsive to our requests as they arose. We did get the impression it hadn't been lived for a while. There was a buildup of dust on the floor and window shades, dirty bath mats, a damaged dining room wall where the trash container was. The side door to the laundry room definitely needs to be replaced or repaired as it did not shut. Lighting in second bedroom could be improved. That being said, the positives outweigh the negatives and we'd gladly stay there again.

Missed opportunity for stellar review

Condo was clean inside with adequate provisions. Nice quiet neighborhood. Garage area where washer and dryer are located has rat infestation. The obvious acrid smell of a rodent was evident upon entry. Large droppings on floor, shelving and around washer /dryer . Rather disgusting ! Pictures available.

The place is nice but the handle fell off shower, the coffee maker was not cleaned and had mold inside. Towels were not clean in back bedroom and wadded up. The dishwasher leaves awful spots . Otherwise a nice place.

Dark brown cave in desperate need of a repairs.

This is probably the worst place we have stayed during our 20+ stays with VRBO/Home Away (yet probably one of the most expensive.) We appreciate that the management company refunded our cleaning fee because there were problems with dirty shower, woodwork and other disgusting stains. However, one of the major problems is that so many things needed fixing in the condo. Broken blinds, screens, gate, doors and door handles, chairs and other things. In addition the photos and description had inaccuracies. For example, the description painted a picture of the "wonderful" outdoor patios when in reality the front porch was covered with dead, thorny plants. It was clear no gardening had been done for months - the beautiful flowers and greenery were missing. The other patio had so many tree roots coming up through the ground, the brick pavers were all raised and out of place making it impossible to enjoy the patio table and chairs. I do wish I would have paid a little more attention to the photos of the inside of the condo, because we didn't expect every single wall in the condo to be painted dark brown, even the ceilings in the bathrooms are brown. Combined with brown wood cabinets and the dark orange/brown tiles on the floor (which we usually like) made for a very depressing cave-like feel. On the plus side, the layout of the condo is good and we liked the location and the polite, quiet neighbors. (In fact it was very embarrassing to keep slamming our doors, because it was the only way we could get them to close.) The beds were comfortable and the linens were good. Both the TV and the WiFi worked well.

Nice place to kick back

We really liked the place. It is nicely situated in a quiet area in the foothills. All the furnishings are nice in a roomy place that only has one common garage wall with the neighbor. The beds and nice bedding, towels all were appreciated. We spent a lot of time on the private patio. The fully equipped kitchen had all we needed. The entry to the unit was easy. Our only dissapointment was the pool was not heated, but we found plenty else to do. This place worked out very well for us.
