« Clean room, most of the staff were great (Gabriella at Bellpine, Nico in the Club Lounge and Thomas are amazing and keeps us coming back). There were some female staff in the Lounge that were not very nice in regards to letting us take food and/or drinks to our room and told us that we are not allowed to do that? That was unpleasant and didn’t make sense to us when we saw others with to-go boxes taking food and beverage to their room. The amenities are wonderful though. Beautiful building and...

« Séjour de 3 nuits au centre de la ville . Pratique mais hôtel sans parking avec uniquement une option de service voiturier au prix de 50 USD jour. Je recommande le parking situé près de l'hôtel au prix de 25 USD jour. Accueil mitigé à l'arrivée, peu cordial à la réception. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure prévue du Check in et bien que la chambre soit disponible , le réceptionniste a tenté de nous facturer un supplément. Malgré cela très bon hôtel , belle chambre confortable et bon petits...

« De notre arrivée (très tardive en raison de notre vol) à notre départ, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et professionnellement par tous les employés travaillant à la réception. Les aires communes sont confortables et bien décorées. La chambre était confortable. Le prêt de vélo gratuit, la bière de microbrasserie offerte chaque soir et la salle de machines à boules sont des petits plus très sympathiques que nous avons appréciés. Il y a deux options intéressantes pour le petit déjeuner...

"Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait !"

"Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar."
