The staff was friendly, helpful! The property is clean, fun, well appointed and a good location. The valet parking and resort fee are expensive and not easily accessible when tour buses block the entire entrance.

The Bidwell is a nicely furnished, clean, well-located hotel with excellent staff. Areas for improvement: the bed mattress was quite soft and/or in need of replacement (or may be perfect for those who like a softer mattress), wi-fi is free but only with Marriott membership (shouldn't wi-fi simply be a standard feature at a higher end hotel, without a loyalty program?), and the shower curtain rod drooped so the curtain kept sliding open resulting in water on the floor. Overall, our group liked the Bidwell and I expect we'll be back.

Found them during a plan to spend the night after Chris Stapleton concert. .6 mile walk to the stadium was trouble free. While it was a couple weeks before the concert when we decided and the prices were higher than I expected but it was great place to stay. Another $41 in taxes at check out put it over $300 for a room for one night. The staff were excellent and very courteous. Room modern, clean, and updated, We took advantage of the 17.50 food/drink credit in the bar. Bartender was busy but friendly while we sat at the bar. Great place to stay but we did avoid a 65 parking fee by parking a couple blocks down over night was $14.
