« We had a good stay overall. The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The room was okay and comfortable. The only downside was the air conditioning, which became very noisy during the night. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Apart from that, everything else was good. Thank you! »

« Property was just as described, however, It could have been cleaned better; stove looked like it was just wiped with a napkin, furniture was dusty, and the floors were filthy. I wasn't too keen on the idea that there was already a plumbing issue and if we caused any more issues, we would be liable for it. »

« The front desk person was nice, the bed was clean but there was a very funky smell in the room and even though he very specifically told us there was no smoking in the rooms, someone had definitely smoked in there……but the worst part was that there was a recliner in the room with an ottoman that was so disgustingly dirty and stained that it made the whole room feel dirty »

10/10 Excellent
Super hôtel. Confortable, propre, situé dans un beau quartier à proximité d’Universal studio, Warner Bros et Hollywood. Personnel très sympathique. Bon café et bonnes pâtisseries (croissants, chocolatines) pour déjeuner.
