"I went through so many reviews from hotels in LA and I was so scared because most of them had horrifying reviews I was planning a trip with my family and my mother. Lastly I came across this hotel and didn’t see reviews like the other hotels and do not regret staying here!!!!! I had such a great experience at The Omni in LA! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lobby had such a clean, elegant feel. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to want to get up in the morning. The location is perfect — close to so many great restaurants, attractions, and the arts district. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the fitness center, and the on-site dining was excellent. What really stood out was the level of service — everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It made the stay feel not just comfortable, but truly special. "Really comfortable spacious room with an excellent bed and great view! Lobby Cafe was a great option for something on the run. Loved the adorable Weston Dog Mascot driving around in his own electric car. Hilarious, friendly and Entertaining. Also note, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back! "
