"Main window curtain had tears in it, door didn’t completely seal (light was visible around the edge. I had no hot water the first night; this was remedied the next day. I had to move the microwave oven from the night table to its proper place above the mini fridge. I also had to plug in and set the alarm clock. Also, due to the close proximity of the highway, I heard big diesel trucks as they passed all night. No coffee or coffee maker available."

It did not seem to be clean on 1st night in, and when room service was performed the trash I had seen when 1st in room was gone, but no toilet paper, no shower mat. 2nd night was no service, 3rd service again, but not done well or complete, missing trash bags in cans. The shower is leaking and in poor condition, toilet unable to be cleaned, a penny on floor when I got access and still on floor when left. Lights fixtures missing, tub cracked,...
