« 7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. « We attended the Capital Groove music festival and booked this space specifically for that - great choice! It was an easy walk to the venue, located near numerous parking options and a variety of restaurants and bars. I hope to re-book here when we attend next year! »

« While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area. »

« Overall good location and clean unit. Mattress, pillows and linens need upgrading. Hosts were responsive with request for iron/iron board in unit. Can get noisy as bars are closing. »
