Started unpacking and found a prescription pill on the carpet. Not sure how that would not have been picked up by the vacuum. There was only one bath towel for two people. Bathroom sink looked like it was just wiped down. The chrome around the drain was dirty and could be wiped off with your finger. The light in the bathroom, although very bright had a thick layer of dust and bugs in it. The shower curtain had orange on the bottom which is mold. It is advertised as a lux boutique. It's more like a college co-op. There were people in the common area cooking early Sunday morning. They were so loud it woke us up. It was so convenient to the arena for the show we were going to, which was great. Blake did offer to move us to another unit but it was three blocks away. We knew we were getting snow that evening so we didn't want to walk further in the snow. ##### Lisa G. Of the options, this has been one of our better finds. Great location, historic Pratt St. has really grown the past few years adding some great venues. Rest of Hartford has also seen growth. The place itself is new, clean, and each floor offers a shared common space. Easy check in / out. Comfortable bed. Basic extras. Small seated/living space, but it is a loft. Noise is a potential issue. Street noise to be expected, but the walls of the unit are paper thin. We could hear conversation in the neighboring unit and one of our nights guests were in the common space until 2-3 in the morning and the noise from the gathering made it difficult to sleep. Having ear plugs or perhaps a sound machine would help. Communication prior to arrival was excellent, after not so much. We had a question about how to operate the t.v. that went unanswered. Street parking available for a fee (after 6 and weekends no charge) there is not always a space available, but there is a lot nearby, also a fee. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. ##### JoEllen P. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. ##### Adam M.
