"This property was beautiful and immaculately kept! Nice location with a coffee shop right across the street and an eating venue two doors down! We had 18 people stay there. 10 children and it was perfect! We did find time to use the fire pit in back. There was a huge parking area in the back which was very nice too! We wish we could have stayed longer enjoying this property. We were in town for a wedding. We had an incident where someone locked the door from the inside and I had to call Ashley. I got an immediate response and was able to get in right away. Would highly recommend this VRBO for a large family get-together!"

"This was a girl's trip to wine country. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us the opportunity to have our own space but also had great common areas to gather together. The house was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in older homes before and the farmhouse did not have some of the issues that these other older homes had such as overly creaky floors. Natalia did a great job of communicating information the day of our arrival and throughout the trip. We had no need to contact her due to everything being great in the home. I would definitely rent this property again when returning to Grand River Valley."

"This house was amazing for a bachelorette trip. If you can believe it the pictures don’t do it justice. The perfect size, it was clean, plenty of parking, and communication was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"Very cute and clean cottage! Great outdoor space with front & back porch and large yard. Host was very friendly and quick with responses to questions. Only a few minutes’ drive to The Strip with lots of shopping, restaurants, live music and BEAUTIFUL sunsets!!"

"The house is on a quiet residential street in a Geneva neighborhood. It is close to the downtown area, not the strip along the water. It is about a 10 minute drive or so to the strip, not bad at all. The house itself is beautifully decorated, completely spotless and very comfortable for a family. I especially appreciated the twin beds rather than a full/queen bed in the second bedroom b/c i have two teenagers, a boy and a girl, that don't want to share a bed...lol. The check-in process was clear and simple. Anthony was very nice to work with. We would stay here again."
