« I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. Unfortunately the air conditioner seems to be inadequate for the space. The temperature inside was consistently several...

« 1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app. Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage. We booked 4 people...

« This is an apartment in an apartment complex. Close to the airport and all things in the city. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job. There was blood on the wall by the toilet, stubble in the shower and the sheets and towels were damp. The bedding was limited and the furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was COLD and so was the hot tub. Even in 95 degrees it was too cold. The hallway in the building was scented, such a strong scent it gave a headache. »

« Please note we were very busy this trip and did not have an opportunity to use the facility amenities including the pool. Our review is specific to the room/apartment. Arrival instructions were lacking any info about the need to use the elevator even if you have a ground floor room. Very confusing upon arrival. In the listing was a photo of complimentary waters and snacks, but there were none in our room. Not enough towels in the bathroom, no towels in the kitchen, no Kleenex. Awoke by a...

« The apartment was clean and spacious. My only complaints were that I was told on Sunday that an early check in was approved for 2pm with a 36 fee. When I arrived on Tuesday, I was told that I couldn't check in until 4pm, the normal check in time. I was a bit frustrated at the short notice and reversal and I was still charged the 36. The apartment is also right under the airport flight path. You will need ear plugs to sleep. »
