"Hotel et chambre standard très moyen. Rideau de douche déchiré. Salle de bain pas propre (encore des poils des gens précédents) 2 serviettes de bain alors que nous étions trois. Porte de salle de bain qui se fermais. Pas du tout un 4 étoiles même des motels sont mieux que cette hotel. Le seul côté positif c'est l'emplacement "

"Très bel hôtel boutique avec une décoration charmante. Le s espaces publiques sont magnifiques et les chambres décorées avec goût réflétant l’esprit du sud-est américain. Bon petit déjeuner goûteux mais pas très élaboré. Personnel aimable et serviable. La localisation de l’hôtel est excellente. Deux de nos restaurants favoris de Charleston sont situés en face de l’hôtel: Magnolias et Amen Street Fish & Seafood. Pour ces différentes raisons, je recommande sans réserve cet hôtel de charme."
