"The staff at check-in was very friendly! The breakfast attendants did an excellent job keeping the buffet clean and filled up! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We felt safe with all the security cameras throughout the building but didn't like that twice when we went out the side door that someone had put a rock to keep the door from closing/locking. Good place to stay!"

"I booked this hotel during a recent visit to the greater Cleveland area because it had an excellent rating. I agree with that rating. The hotel seemed to be rather new so nothing appeared worn or out-dated. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast provided a good choice. The staff that I dealt with were all friendly and professional. The hotel is located set back from a major road, so it is quiet, yet stores and restaurants are only a short drive or even walk away. "
