Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking).
Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines.
I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist.

I booked this room uner the impression that I was renting a cabin.
So when I checked in, I asked the receptionist if what I booked was a cabin and she said no! I was truly disappointed. I knew at about 100$ for the night it would have been way to lucky. Going back to the website page after the fact, I realize that pictures of the regular model rooms and the cute cottages are all mixed in there. « Stayed 2 nights in king suite with hot tub. Room was clean. Hot tub was clean including jets. Front desk was friendly. Over all stay was good for the price. We didn't swim in pool (water was too cold) or go in spa area. Beach area was alright nice and sandy. Was a close walk to the ferry. »
