« We had an issue with the toilet the evening we checked in. We called the front desk asking for assistance. However, the issue was never taken care of and no one from the hotel even followed up with us. We had to walk downstairs any time we needed to use the restroom. HUGE inconvenience with 4 people in the room. We should have followed up when checking gout asking to have the room comped. Pretty unacceptable. It wasn't like a minor thing, this was a bigger issue. »
